Short biography
I did my PhD at the Philipps University of Marburg, in 2003, completed my clinical training in 2004 in Münster and habilitated in Marburg in 2008. Since April 2011, I am a Professor of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy at the Institute of Psychology at the University of Hamburg. My research interests are on understanding the mechanisms that cause and maintain psychotic symptoms, such as delusions and on developing targeted interventions for psychosis.
